Ing. Dr. F. Asare-Yeboah is a Civil/Structural Engineer by profession. He holds a BSc. Degree in Civil Engineering from KNUST, Kumasi-Ghana and MSc. Degree in Structural Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, Ohio-U.S.A.
He is a Fellow and Past President of the Ghana Institution of Engineers and President of the Ghana Consulting Engineers Association.
Ing. Asare-Yeboah is an experienced Engineer with over 50 years’ experience in the study, planning, design and supervision of bridges, roads, water-retaining structures and building projects in and outside Ghana.
He is currently the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Associated Consultants Ltd.

Ing. K. A. Kwakwa is a Pavement, Geotechnical and Materials Engineer by profession. He holds a BSc. Degree in Civil Engineering from KNUST, Kumasi-Ghana and MSc. Degree in Soil Mechanics and Foundation Engineering from Ghent State University, Ghent- Belgium.
He is a Fellow and Past President of the Ghana Institution of Engineering.
Ing. Kwasi Kwakwa is an experienced Engineer with over 50 years’ experience in the study, design and construction supervision of road and drainage projects, both in and outside Ghana.
He is currently the Vice Board Chairman of Associated Consultants ltd.

Ing. Kwabena Bempong
ING. KWABENA BEMPONG is the Chief Executive Officer of Associated Consultants Ltd.
Ing Kwabena Bempong is a highly experienced and knowledgeable Highway / Structural Engineer with about 30 years of experience. He holds a BSc. Degree in Civil Engineering from KNUST, Kumasi-Ghana and an MSc. Degree in Road Engineering from TU Delft / IHE, The Netherlands.
He is a Fellow and President of the Ghana Institution of Engineering (GhIE) and a member of the Institute of Directors (MIoD-Ghana).
Kwabena, has gradually risen through the ranks with exceptional performance on all projects. He recently managed the design and constructions of Ghana’s first four Tier Interchange which has won international recognition.
Kwabena is a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion, and passionate about creating an inclusive culture where everyone can bring their authentic selves to work each day.

Ing. Dr. Kwame A. Boakye is an Electrical Engineer and holds BS, MS, and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University where he also served as an Adjunct Assistant Professor.
He has over 50 years in technology, primarily, the information and Communications Technology (ICT) industry, serving in a variety of roles, ranging from research to executive management. These management of research and productivity, intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions, business incubation, standards and developing relationships with partners in industry, government and academia.
He is a Senior Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, a Member of the Association for Computing Machinery, a Fellow and Past President of the Ghana Institution of Engineers and currently the chairman of Engineering Council.

Ing (Mrs.) Jane Naki Tetteh-Anowie
ING (MRS.) JANE NAKI TETTEH-ANOWIE is an Associate Vice President in charge of Finance and Administration. She is the Principal Consultant for Environmental Engineering at Associated Consultants Ltd.
She holds a Master of Science Certificate in Water Supply and Environmental Sanitation and a Bachelor of Science Certificate in Agricultural Engineering both acquired from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, Ghana. She also has a Certificate in Water Transport and Distribution, UNESCO-IHE Institute for Water Education, Delft, The Netherlands. She is a Professional Engineer in good standing with the Ghana Institution of Engineering.
Naki is an experienced environmental engineer who is dedicated to assessing environmental impacts of infrastructure projects; management of legacy issues and due diligence. Industry experience includes power, roads and highways, buildings and water infrastructure.
Naki has over 18 years experience in consulting for infrastructure projects funded by major international lending institutions including the World Bank, African Development Bank (AfDB), ORIO and French Development Agency (AFD).
She is proficient at completing environmental investigation for upcoming project, developing and implementing environmental improvement program, and collecting and analysing field data.
Over her extensive years of service, she has played lead roles on lots Environmentally Related projects located across the length and breadth of Ghana.
